Service Description
Best for Groups seeking an elevated, relaxed dining experience where wine and food come together beautifully, without studying or structured instruction. A Food and Wine Pairing Dinner for 9 to 12 guests is a private, instructor led dining experience designed to explore the relationship between food and wine in an elegant, welcoming setting. This larger format is ideal for celebrations and gatherings where guests want to linger, connect, and enjoy a thoughtfully paced evening around the table. Each experience is developed in collaboration with a local chef, restaurant, or caterer, with wines selected and presented by Suzanne Bonham. Pairings are chosen to highlight balance, contrast, and flow across courses, allowing both the food and wine to complement one another naturally. Through relaxed guidance and facilitated conversation, guests explore how elements such as acidity, sweetness, richness, and texture influence successful pairings. Learning is woven in organically, keeping the focus on enjoyment and discovery rather than formal instruction. Food and Wine Pairing Dinners are well suited for private dining events, celebrations, and culinary focused groups seeking a refined, memorable experience where education and enjoyment come together without pressure or pretense.
