Service Description
Best for Students ready for structured learning and a deeper understanding of how vineyard and winemaking decisions influence wine character. From Grape to Glass is a structured educational wine class that examines how wine is crafted from vineyard to bottle. This class is designed for those who want to move beyond surface-level knowledge and understand the decisions that shape what ends up in the glass. Led by Suzanne Bonham, the class explores the role of grape growing, climate, and site alongside key winemaking choices such as fermentation methods, oak aging, and blending. Together, these elements illustrate how both natural conditions and human decisions influence wine style, structure, and quality. Guided tasting practice is integrated throughout the session to connect theory with sensory experience. You will evaluate how specific winemaking techniques affect aroma, body, texture, and overall expression, building practical understanding alongside technical insight. This class bridges knowledge and experience, helping you see wine not simply as a finished product, but as the result of thoughtful craftsmanship and intention. You will leave with a clearer understanding of how wine is made and a deeper appreciation for why it tastes the way it does. Format In-person · Instructor-led wine education with guided tasting practice Duration 3 hours
