Service Description

Best for Enthusiasts and professionals seeking to refine analytical tasting skills and develop clearer, more confident wine language. Taste Like a Pro is a structured wine class designed to sharpen how you observe, interpret, and communicate what you experience in the glass. Rather than memorizing tasting notes, the focus is on developing a clear, repeatable tasting approach that builds precision and confidence over time. Led by Suzanne Bonham, the class uses a professional tasting framework adapted for practical, real-world use. Through guided tasting practice and side by side comparisons, you will evaluate appearance, aroma, structure, and flavor while exploring balance, intensity, and complexity. Analytical tasting and discussion are central to the session. You will learn how to connect sensory observations to structure and style, strengthening your ability to explain not just what you taste, but why a wine presents the way it does. This class is designed for those who want to engage more thoughtfully and critically with wine, whether for professional development, personal enrichment, or deeper confidence at the table. By the end of the session, you will approach any wine with greater intention, clarity, and confidence in your tasting voice. Format In person instructor led wine education with analytical guided tasting practice Duration 3 hours
