Wine 101 Deep Dive is a structured, multi day wine course designed to build real understanding through clear instruction, guided tasting practice, and intentional progression. This format allows time for concepts to settle, skills to develop naturally, and confidence to grow. Across four sessions, participants explore how wine is made, what shapes different styles, and how to taste with intention. Topics include major grape varieties, classic regions, climate influences, winemaking decisions, and the building blocks of aroma, flavor, and structure. Each session blends calm expertise with hands on learning and guided tasting practice. The focus is on understanding rather than memorization, supporting the ability to recognize preferences, describe what is tasted clearly, and make confident wine choices in everyday situations. Led by Suzanne Bonham, DipWSET, the course is designed to feel supportive, engaging, and practical, offering a strong foundation for continued exploration. By the end of the program, participants feel comfortable comparing wine styles, selecting bottles with confidence, navigating wine lists and shops, and continuing their wine journey with ease.
